* Arrange appointment with developer to visit property.
*Attend property, take photos and prepare report for owner.
* We have experience in many of the Resorts in Sharm so we know what to check and the questions that need to be asked. Our check list has been drawn up from actual experience of handovers.
* Check dimensions, rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms as per original plan. (We have already dealt with a handover where handover property did not match original plan)
* Advise if property is ready for handover and/or draw up and agree snag list.
* Email owner with up to date position, full report and Picasso Photo Album.
*Update owner when Developer advises progress regarding completion of the Snag List
*Re-visit property for updates as instructed by the owner. Please note that we cannot guarantee that all snags we identify will be rectified by the Developer. However, we will act on a "Best Endeavours" basis, on behalf of the owner.

Report progress on Furniture Installation with your chosen Furniture Supplier |
*Once you have decided on your furniture supplier, you may want to have regular updates on the progress of the furniture installation
*We will send an E-mail report and photographs, giving you a full update on the current progress of your furniture installation.
*We will re-visit and update you by e-mail and photos whenever you request us to do so.
*This service is provided on the basis that we are a key holder for the property. Otherwise the owner will need to arrange appointments for our reporting visits.
